Workload sustainability: Everyone needs to be energized to remain vital at work, yet full-time faculty at King’s report working unsustainable hours. Increased workload demands of recent years strain our essential commitments to student mentorship, research, and community involvement. The KUCFA bargaining team is working to address these workload issues so that faculty can energetically dedicate themselves to students, research, and community service.
